Video live steaming opportunity - paid work

I operate a regular live video stream of an ongoing indoor bowls tournament, shot in Lincoln, near Boultham Park, and I need to find technically proficient film/media practitioners that can help me cover the events when I’m busy with another job, ill or struggling to find childcare. It would be paid cover - £100 per day. Applicants would be setting up and operating remote-controlled cameras and vision mixing, as well as keeping an eye on the live stream and changing score graphics. So those interested must have an eye for basic composition and have a little experience with vision mixing. It sounds like a lot to do, but it’s simpler than it sounds. It's a slow sport and the actions become very repetitive, so it soon becomes routine. Applicants would need to be able to keep a level head and quickly problem solve if anything goes wrong though. Applicants would need to come in on a match day ASAP to see how it works and get trained up. The next few dates include the 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th of November. The training wouldn’t be paid, unfortunately, but any subsequent cover undertaken would be paid for at £100 per day, travel inclusive.
Games are usually played on Mondays and Tuesdays, though occasionally games take place on Thursdays, so general availability on those days is essential, as you might be called up at the last minute to cover. Each day starts early at 6.50am, including the training day, and can sometimes run fairly long, up to 5.30pm (but usually closer to 4pm and sometimes earlier), depending on the speed of the games. You will be provided with lunch though, free of charge. You wouldn’t necessarily need to stay all day for the training. Just up to lunch might be sufficient, depending on how confident you get with it. I’m preferably looking for people who could easily jump in at short notice, though most of the time, when covering for times when I’m double booked, reasonable notice will be given.
There’s a possibility I might not be able to run the bowls stream in 2022, so there’s a chance for anyone trained up to take over the job completely in the new year. It’s a big commitment, but would be a steady job and great experience.
If you're interested, get in touch, and if you could pass this on to anyone suitable that’d be great.
