The Lincoln Award

The Lincoln Award is an employability framework designed to support, enhance and recognise extracurricular activity.

The Lincoln Award supports students to develop and learn how to demonstrate their employability skills; as well as taking part in activity you will be supported to reflect on your experiences and prepare to take on our Assessment Centre. By completion of the award you will be confident communicating your skills to any employer! To get started with the Lincoln Award you need to attend an Induction Event; these run daily and are bookable on our events page.
