Job Title: Creative Assistant

Payment Terms: £10.42 per hour, 96 hour contract (with potential to extend based on performance/full time role after studies completed)

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Creative Assistant to join our talented team. This individual will play a vital role in capturing and producing high-quality visual content to support our organisation's goals and initiatives. The Photography and Videography Assistant will collaborate closely with the photography and videography team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Photography and Videography: Work closely with the photography and videography team to set up equipment, lighting, and props for photo and video shoots.

2. Capture Visual Content: Operate cameras, video equipment, and related tools to capture high-quality photographs and videos.

3. Editing and Post-Production: Assist in the post-production process, which may include image and video editing, colour correction, and retouching to ensure final content meets quality standards.

4. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

5. Set Preparation: Prepare and arrange shooting sets, ensuring that they are clean, organized, and ready for photography and videography sessions.

6. Image and Video Cataloguing: Organize and maintain a digital library of images and videos, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other team members to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet creative objectives.

8. Research and Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in photography and videography techniques to contribute new ideas and approaches.
