Graduated BA (Hons) Media Production 2018

Since graduating, I have been grateful for the opportunities I have gained as a designer. Within a month of leaving university, I became Junior Designer for the newspaper publisher, Reach plc. They own titles such as Daily Mirror, Daily Star, Daily Express, OK! Magazine and 50+ regional titles.
I have worked with clients such as Tesco, UKTV, Smart Energy and Holland & Barrett on their advertorial campaigns. I was also involved in the design for the Pride of Britain and volunteered to attend the event where I escorted Dame Sarah Storey along with other ITV celebrities along the red carpet.
I took advantage of the video editing skills I gained at university to create the first type of social video for the award-winning Coop Funeral Care campaign. Social videos have grown in popularity with other clients and continue to perform well.
More recently, I started shadowing the UX design team at Reach, as this was an area I was interested in. Realising I enjoyed this type of work, I pursued an opportunity with
the tech company, Zoocha, and have recently gained employment as a UX designer. They are known for their emphasis on accessibility and supporting women in tech. So far, I love it and have already had opportunities to work in their offices in Valencia, Spain. So for now it's onwards and upwards in the UX industry!
