Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Six month contract: June - December The Opportunity Do you want to be part of a growing and exciting digital content agency, proudly based in Leeds, that focuses on putting people at the heart of everything we do? We are looking to recruit a talented, super organised person to join our award winning team as a Production Assistant. We are proud to work in partnership with some of the largest organisations in the UK to deliver award winning film, animation, and digital learning programmes. About the Role We are looking to recruit a hard working, curious, and professional individual with a clear passion for production. The successful candidate will report to our Producers and will be responsible for supporting and assisting the day to day activities of the production team. Responsible for but not limited to:

• resourcing film shoots e.g. booking crew

• researching locations and cast

• compiling and distributing call sheets and schedules

• booking in edits with the post production team

• dealing with client and crew queries, escalating to producers where appropriate

• uploading files for review and delivery to clients

About You The successful candidate should possess the following attributes to succeed in the role:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organised with a very strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• A willingness to learn and self develop as an individual and as part of the wider team

• Able to travel for shoots

• A clean driving license

• Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite.

• Proactive, can-do attitude.

Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 6 months Salary: £19,305.00 per year Benefits:
