ZOO Digital currently has a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual to work with us on an internship over the period of summer 2022. The position is based within our ZOO Academy, ZOO’s ongoing educational project which is centred around initiatives to proactively build long-term capacity in the field of localization and media services. ZOO Academy is composed of academic teaching, practical training and access to real-world localization platforms, giving talented linguists and dubbing professionals the opportunity to further develop their creative skills and gain technical proficiency.
The successful intern will work closely with our Media Production team, supporting the media creation and delivery of engaging learning activities. Reporting to the Head of Education, the Media Production Intern will work with subject matter experts, helping to develop audio-visual learning materials of ZOO’s products.
Day to day responsibilities include;
• Script, produce and direct all audio-visual content in line with ZOO Academy’s vision
• Support the creation of all audio-visual/media content that would aid in curating a media-rich knowledge base of ZOO’s products
• Work with content experts and trainers to ensure all produced audio-visual materials meet their needs
• Produce all content using authoring tools in line with ZOO Academy’s brand guidelines
• Support the creation of training documentation that would go along with the produced media
• Maintain all media files in an organised fashion
Requirements

This opportunity would suit candidates who are currently studying in the areas of Film Production, Television Production, or Filmmaking. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn in a productive and diverse environment, with a chance to help develop new prototypes and processes.

Experience in filming and video production
Knowledge and experience using tools/apps (like screen capture tools and non-linear editing platforms)

Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
