About the opportunity


We’re looking for an imaginative Video Content Creator to join our Marketing team to produce creative and exciting video content which will boost our brand awareness and spark interest in Guestline’s proposition. Reporting to our Head of Marketing you will be an enthusiastic individual who gets excited about our bigger projects whilst keeping a close eye on the smaller details.

You’ll have a good understanding of content creation in order to champion and uphold Guestline’s brand by consistently producing quality content. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, exploring your creative limits to create a real impact in our Marketing team.


What we need you to do

  • Be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Video content, including:

    • Video briefs

    • Formatting and producing storyboards

    • Shooting

    • Post production from editing through to the final product


  • Produce animations for campaigns including product explainer videos and whiteboard videos

  • Design and population of marketing materials, such as:

    • Powerpoint presentations

    • Datasheets

    • Supporting graphics such as email footers, event promotional items, social media graphics, and feature images

    • Business cards


About you


  • You know how to do this – you’re familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Adobe Animate, InDesign, & Photoshop

  • You relentlessly think Guest – thinking of the Guest comes second nature to Guestliners, we put a customer lens on all that we do

  • You’re bold and prepared to drive change – you use learning techniques, soft skills and lead by example to inject new ways of thinking wherever needed and you’re not adverse to trying new things in order to deliver the best possible service

  • You’re tech- savvy – whilst you don’t need to be able to code, we like our Guestliners to be tech-savvy enough to understand the nuances and workings of our technologies. You consistently work to find smart ways to automate non-value related tasks

  • You’ve got a curious mind – you read around your subject and default to open when it comes to sharing knowledge

  • You’re meticulously organised – you use efficient processes, know how to multi-task seamlessly and have a keen eye for detail


Additional skills that could be beneficial


  • Project Management – you’ll be able to break our projects down into manageable chunks ensuring the project can be delivered on time and within budget

  • Adobe Illustrator
