About the role

The Junior Designer is responsible for understanding prospective clients’ brands and applying their brand to demo products, bringing potential customers visions to life. In this role, you’ll support several key departments within Interact, from Sales to Customer Support and Engineering, providing suggestion, brainstorming solutions, and streamlining business processes Occasionally this role will also include assisting operation and marketing departments with various tasks.

A little about you...

  • Creative / design related degree or equivalent experience within a similar role

  • Must have an eye for design, the ability to innovative and creative beautiful design solutions

  • Good communication still and the confidence to provide recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders

  • Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or simila

  • Intermediate level experience with HTML and CSS

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity

Your responsibilities

  • Iteratively create and amend customer themes and content

  • Suggest and illustrate product improvements

  • Suggest and illustrate business processes around design professional services

  • Deliver on going design support for existing customer intranet designs

  • Service in-house design requests from Marketing and Operations

  • Support Sales and Pre-Sales design requirements

  • Create and maintain theme templates where required

  • Liaise with support and QA teams to ensure product design stability

  • Liaise with Engineering teams to ensure product design stability
