Become an ambassador for Dig Deep, an international development charity, by recruiting and supporting new fundraisers to climb Kilimanjaro with you in 2023.

As a Team Leader at University of Lincoln you will learn and develop key skills in leadership, event management, recruitment and digital marketing along with experiencing the trip of a lifetime to East Africa at a discounted price next summer. Together you will change the lives of thousands of school children by providing them with access to clean water and sanitation through your fundraising efforts.

Many of our previous team leaders enthuse about how this opportunity has been "the single most rewarding experience of their life" and how it has helped them secure employment upon graduation.
