Do you want to champion equality, tackle discrimination and celebrate diversity within our community?

The Careers & Employability team are pleased to announce a partnership with Lincolnshires leading human rights organisation JUST Lincolnshire to give students the opportunity to train as Ambassadors to help make Lincolnshire a safer place for us all to live, learn, work and visit. We launch the partnership on 29th June at 10am with an introduction to the ambassador programme. After this introduction you will have the opportunity to take part in the full Ambassador training.. As an Ambassador you

• Will be trained in recognising and challenging discrimination

• Will be given skills to empower them to promote equality and fairness

• Will learn how treating people fairly is fundamental to a strong and resilient community

• Will have the skills to pass on their knowledge to other young people
